REFUND POLICY

Cancellations

You can cancel within 24 hours of signing the agreement and before sending a payment.

Once Traveling-Freelancer enters into “Work In Progress” stage and you wish to cancel the project, a processing fee of $30 will be applied to your account. Hours worked will be deducted from your deposit.

Notice of cancellation must be sent by email to contact us. You will then receive a cancellation form to fill out within 24 hours from the date of your email. The cancellation form will require your detailed reasons for canceling. The form will be signed by you and Traveling-Freelancer. This will help us understand and improve the processes in the future. This will also protect Traveling-Freelancer from false claims and liabilities.

Your remaining balance after deductions will be refunded to your account within 24-48 hours after cancellation has been finalized.

Refunds due to service quality issues

Let us reiterate that we give you one hour of free service to assess Traveling-Freelancer’s skills before you sign up. This is because Traveling-Freelancer does not want to be processing refunds after the start of working on projects. This is a big loss for both your business and Traveling-Freelancer..
You will also be given three (or more) revisions of work, depending on your project type, to ensure that your expectation is met before declaring a project as completed.
If you still want a refund for reasons beyond what has already been mentioned, then a processing fee of $40 plus hours worked will be deducted from your deposit.
